✅ Return Eligibility

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged)

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards

🔁 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at joytailshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joytailshop@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.
